This summer, switch things up a bit and try out these Frozen Mimosas! It’s a slushy version of the favorite brunch cocktail. Super easy, super tasty, and so refreshing! It’s like sunshine in a glass!

Frozen mimosas combines the classic flavors of orange juice and champagne for a deliciously icy treat that’s perfect for brunch or any sunny occasion!

You only need 2 ingredients (plus ice) to make them!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Sparkling Wine

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and no large chunks of ice remain.
  3. Serve immediately, pouring into champagne flutes.
  4. Garnish with a a fresh orange slice.

  • Yield – This recipe makes 2-4 servings, depending on the size of the glassware used.
  • Flavor – For even more fresh orange flavor, add a couple peeled orange wedges into the blender when making the drinks.
  • Ice – Another way to really get a bold orange flavor is to freeze orange juice instead of water for the ice cubes.
  • Orange Juice – I use orange juice with no pulp because this is my preference. However, if you like the pulp, feel free to swap it out.
