Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Coconut Rum such as Malibu
  • 2 ounces Orange Juice
  • 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce Grenadine
  • 2 ounces Ginger Ale or Sprite or more or less as needed

Instructions

  • Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add rum and juices and shake for 5 seconds.
  • Pour chilled contents of the shaker into an empty cocktail glass.
  • Top with ginger ale, to fill the glass.
  • Slowly pour in grenadine to achieve a layered look.
