- 2 ounces Coconut Rum such as Malibu
- 2 ounces Orange Juice
- 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 ounce Grenadine
- 2 ounces Ginger Ale or Sprite or more or less as needed
Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice.
Add rum and juices and shake for 5 seconds.
Pour chilled contents of the shaker into an empty cocktail glass.
Top with ginger ale, to fill the glass.
Slowly pour in grenadine to achieve a layered look.
