- 2 oz Light rum
- 2 TB Cream of Coconut such as Coco Lopez
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
Add all ingredients to a blender with 1/2 cup ice.
Blend until smooth.
If needed, add more ice and blend again if you prefer a thicker consistency.
Pour into glass and garnish with maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge.
