Fresh mint mingles with sweet peach and tart lime in this cool and fruit cocktail! Peach mojitos are perfect for summer!

Fresh Peach Mojitos
Mojito’s are the perfect cocktail for just about any occasion. While the Havana original is based with mint and lime, this is also a drink that blends well with other fruit flavors. Peach mojitos are one of my personal favorites because the mild, sweet peaches pair perfectly with tart lime! It is the perfect mix of sweet, sour, and cool mint and very refreshing for summer months!

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a peach slice.

Prep Tips
- A bartender trick get the most flavor out your fresh mint: place the mint in the palm of your hand, then clap your hands together with the mint in the middle. Doing this releases the oil from the mint, without crunching it.
- If you don’t like floating mint in your drink you can boil the mint in your simple syrup . So the sweetness and minty flavor will combined . Then just use the mint for garnish on top.
- If you only have regular sparkling water on hand that will work here too. We used peach sparkling water for extra peach flavor, but the drink will be delicious either way.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of rum should I use?
Typically with a mojito I recommend using light/silver rum. However since this a flavored mojito you could use peach flavored rum. That would increase the peach flavor and you could potentially use less added sugar.
Lime juice: fresh vs bottled?
Whenever the recipe calls for lime juice, just assume that I’m talking about fresh squeezed lime juice. This has the best flavor! If all you have is bottled lime juice, it can work in a pinch. However, the bottled lime juice may be more concentrated, meaning you may need to use more sugar in your drink to balance out the taste.
Sugar vs Simple Syrup?
In the ingredients list it is noted that you can use either granulated sugar or simple syrup. While simple syrup mixes more easily, a traditional mojito is known for that “crunch” that comes from using sugar. It’s really a matter of preference and up to you!
